1.) The website is receiving alot of traffic right now. Alot of the problems people run into are related to this issue. It's best to place your order in off peak hours.

2.) The ordering page will time out after 20 minutes. If your cart becomes empty, you may have waited too long between actions. The order will not process, and you must return to the home page to begin again.

3.)  Empty your cache (temporary internet files). Open Internet Explorer / Click on "Tools" / Click "Internet Options" / Click on the "General" tab / Click the "Delete Files" button under the "Temporary Internet Files" section. Then try your order again.
